·   Managed a group of eight.  Responsible for Openwave’s worldwide network (data and voice) including six domestic offices, three Asian offices, and eight European offices

·   Responsible for extensive Virtual Private Network (VPN) used to connect remote offices

·   Estimated and tracked budget which totaled over $500,000 a month

·   Responsible for Cisco Avvid Installation (voice over IP Phones) in all Openwave domestic offices, Asia / Pacific offices, and a United Kingdom office.  1500 users

·   Moved Openwave into new Redwood City Headquarters building in June of 2001.  Network / Telecom project budget was over three million dollars

·   Worked on the integration team to merge Phone.com and Software.com into one, 1400 person company by November 2000.

·   Integrated networks of acquired companies in Belfast, N. Ireland; Newbury, United Kingdom; Copenhagen, Denmark; San Mateo, CA, USA

·   Helped integrate IT departments of acquired companies into the Phone.com organization
